Daimian Hines Named President-Elect of Rice Design Alliance

2022–2023 Officers Announced

HINESAD is proud to share that Daimian Hines has been named President-Elect of the Rice Design Alliance (RDA) for the 2022–2023 term. Established in 1972 within the Rice School of Architecture, RDA plays a vital role in shaping public discourse around architecture, urbanism, and the built environment in Houston.

In this leadership role, Daimian joins a respected cohort of professionals dedicated to advancing design excellence, civic dialogue, and inclusive community engagement. His appointment reflects a continued commitment to shaping Houston’s architectural future and contributing to the city’s cultural fabric.

“I am honored to serve in such a distinguished capacity and look forward to contributing to the rich history and tradition of the RDA leadership,” said Hines.
